1. Nature of Our Services
LIVFLEX provides bespoke, made-to-order modular kitchen, wardrobe and interior products. Because all our products are custom-manufactured to individual client specifications, our refund policy differs from standard retail.
2. Pre-Production Cancellation
If an order is cancelled before design approval and before production commences:
- Advance payment is refunded minus any design consultation fee (if applicable — typically ₹0–₹5,000 depending on complexity).
- Refund is processed within 10 working days.
3. Post-Design Approval Cancellation (Before Production)
If an order is cancelled after design approval but before materials are cut or ordered:
- 25% of total order value is forfeited to cover design, planning and preparation costs.
- Remaining advance is refunded within 14 working days.
4. Post-Production Cancellation
If an order is cancelled after manufacturing has commenced:
- The full 50% advance is non-refundable as materials and labour have been committed.
- Any manufactured components may be offered to the Client at material cost.
5. Post-Installation
Once installation is complete and the Client has signed the handover checklist, no refund is applicable. Any legitimate warranty or quality concerns are addressed through our 5-year warranty service process.
6. Defective Work
If LIVFLEX fails to deliver the agreed specification and the defect is confirmed by our quality team:
- We will remedy the defect at no charge within a reasonable timeframe.
- If a remedy is not possible, a fair partial refund or credit will be offered, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (bank account for transfers, original card for card payments).
- Processing time: 5–14 working days depending on bank.
