We hate surprises as much as you do. Our process is designed to keep you informed, in control, and delighted at every stage.
We start with a free, no-obligation consultation — at your home or our studio. We listen to your requirements, look at your space, understand your budget and show you reference projects. No pressure, no commitment required at this stage.
Our designer visits your site with a measuring kit. Every wall, corner, plumbing point, window, door and obstruction is measured and documented. Accurate measurement is the foundation of a precise modular kitchen.
Using your measurements and preferences, our design team creates detailed 3D renders showing your kitchen or wardrobe from multiple angles. You review, request changes, and approve. We revise until you're completely happy.
Once you approve the design and quote, we confirm your order with a written agreement covering scope, materials, hardware, timeline and payment schedule. Transparent documentation, no verbal-only commitments.
Your kitchen or wardrobe is manufactured at our Gurgaon workshop on Permit Line Road. CNC cutting, edge banding, finishing, pre-assembly — all in-house. You can visit the workshop during production if you wish.
Every unit is inspected before it leaves the workshop. Shutter alignment, edge quality, hardware function, finish uniformity — all checked against your approved design. Only QC-passed units are dispatched.
Our trained installation team arrives on the confirmed date. The kitchen or wardrobe is installed cleanly and precisely. Site is protected, daily progress is shared, and debris is cleared daily.
Post-installation, we do a snagging walk-through with you. Any punch-list items are resolved before handover. You receive a 5-year warranty certificate and care instructions.
